Financial markets have always been shaped by advances in technology. I'm interested in how that relationship is evolving, and in the people, ideas and innovations driving the change.

I'm James Corcoran. I've worked in quantitative finance, algorithmic trading, enterprise data and high-performance computing. Currently, I lead AI at STAC Research, where I work with financial institutions and tech companies to develop objective, independently audited benchmarks for evaluating the performance, cost and operational characteristics of AI systems.
